I’m really happy with the colors on this one, having finally learned how to blend blues and violets into my skin tones to paint more vibrant looking faces. Kinda made me want to revisit all of my paintings from the last year to give them a second wash.

I’ve been teaching myself how to paint digitally these last few weeks and this is officially my first Bitcoin illustration that’s fully painted. My Procreate app tells me that it took a little over 10 hours to complete this piece, which is at least twice as long as my more comic-book-like illustrations, but I have to say, I’m really digging the painted look.
