Considering that it was ok to be gay until the Middle Ages because the monks would turn their priory into gay orgies but they were supposed to be celibate and Arthurian legends precede Catholicism in the British isles, who is to say that there aren't any gay knights? There are women knights and black knights and breaking the canon is hardcoded into the myths? Be gay, do crimes and steal that Grail. Bisexuals are fun too.
Is there any Knight of the Round Table who would work as a gay femboy without it being lore-breaking? Optionally, any other character in Arthurian legends?
Ohhh very interesting question, personally I am of the idea that any knight of the Round Table could be a gay femboy (if I understand the term!). Dinadan maybe!

The Lady of Shalott is an 1842 Arthurian poem about a lady who is cursed to remain confined within an isolated tower, weaving on her loom. She is forbidden to look out her window, and is only able to see the world through the shadows that appear in her magic mirror. One day, however, she turns away from her work. This poem was also turned into a song by Loreena McKennit.
