its breakout

with like power ups and stuff

and a story ig

each character has different stats (i have no idea what any of them mean or do)

and when you have a high enough combo or somethin you get like a power up (tbh i dunno what they do)

i got stuck after breaking all panels and couldnt advance forward :(

anyway its called "simple character 2000 series vol 15: cyborg 009: the block kuzushi" on the ps1 and its a japan exclusive.
