i don't know how he knows, but the moment the girls tell bobby, he's pulling out the big guns: saying he's proud of them and thanks for telling me, it sounds like a hard decision and I'm booking you this retreat, go have fun!

very similar conversations occur when he learns rumi is half-demon (if there are any accommodations she needs, he is the first to make some changes) and when the girls tell him they're dating (he will fight anyone who takes issue, also. do you guys want to make pride merch?)

Imagine some human villain kidnaps Bobby because they want to use him as ransom or as a hostage or whatever. Not even an hour into this terrible situation does he hear horrible things happening in other rooms. What the heck is going on? And then suddenly the door that was holding him gets completely wrecked with a single kick and the Huntr/x girls are all there ready to free him and rescue him.

And as they all leave Bobby gets to see all the carnage these three caused. What the heck happened to that guy? Oh, apparently Rumi ate his soul because he was the one who started all of this. Everything else is a complete wreck.

Bobby doesn't know whether to be proud or utterly terrified. Probably both.

Mira and Zoey accidentally get sent back 400 years where Rumi is currently dealing with having been sealed away by Jinu (because he was working with Gwi-Ma)

I think it would be really funny for Rumi to become obsessed with Kpop and modern snacks, while Zoey keeps complaining that there’s no cars or planes.

Bobby keeps having to explain why Mira and Zoey disappear for weeks or months at a time (they are as popular as canon but aren’t exactly struggling)

Zoey offhandedly mentions she’s half American and they have to spend like an hour explaining what and where America is.

Mira keeps slapping men because they won’t leave her alone (this is pretty much the same as canon tbh)

Rumi also likes modern clothes but gets annoyed that she can’t run around her timeline with them because everyone looks at her funny.

Rumi: you don’t understand…. Everyone judges and hates me because I’m half-demon. I’ve been alone most of my life 😔
