Every night my minime follows and trusts that the road I am leading her on is a path that I have personally travelled and found the best results this far to navigating this world. I’ve been aggressively biohacking my internal age for the last 3 months following #drdavidsinclair recommendations while actively working towards self mastery over the last 8 years (paying more attention to detail over the last year) and I can confirm that for the first time (20 years it hasn’t been) ever that my inner age is lower than my actual showing that I, my own experiment, can beat the ageing clock. Self mastery, is ongoing learning about yourself, eradicating the toxins we put into our body that we call our diet (what we eat, what we drink, what we see, what we hear, what we taste, what we smell, what we see and the energy that our all round environment feeds our body).
