Idea: A Stardew Valley hardcore mod where if you die it deletes your save file. However, in addition:

If you fail Grandpa's evaluation, you die.

If you use more than 10 staircases to reach Floor 100 of the Skull Caverns, you die.

If you choose the creepy option in Leah's 2 heart event, you die.

If you choose either of Penny's -1500 friendship point options, you die.

And so on.

In Super Mario Land 2, if Mario is standing next to a pipe in such a way that only half of his body is aligned with it, he will still be able to enter it.

This results in him phasing through solid ground until he is ejected in a spot where no part of his body is touching any solid block, which usually results in him going past the intended ejection point of the pipe, as seen in the footage.
