hi i sent you the ask yesterday re: the pacing! i agree w you i feel like i need some closure on gojo's death rn to make it complete. gojo has closure bc of the airport chapter but it feels like no one has had time to mourn him yet and i personally adore shoko and would LOVE to hear more from her rn. she's one of the few left from hidden inventory and i think that she could give some great closure on the idea of youth and the forced loss of it esp as she works over time to try to fix everyone. and selfishly i just want to see more of hakari lol i think he's so funny. but!! thank you for your thoughts i loved reading them!

omg yes you are right!!!!! you are right in that his death there is closure but i guess narratively?? it doesn't feel that way right now. personally i'm not too fussed about gojo coming back because with his death i felt a level of catharsis of like ... he got to fight with someone who understood his loneliness, and now with the airport scene he's back with geto, nanami etc. out of curiosity do you think that is an actual afterlife (or the waiting to go to an afterlife) or just a dream? (i never considered it not to be literal until i saw someone else mention it and still see it as such). i do love hakari and the more i think about it i do think you're right, his fight would be refreshing. ALSO we need more shoko... especially considering how much this must be impacting her
