follow up to my last post. my DM made it known that kallux would not enjoy ozy's beard and i think that's beautiful considering how chill kallux is about literally everything else. he will forgive ozy breaking his heart but not the extra hair on his face.
(ozy grew the beard out when he was separated from kallux for a while, in an "i cut the sleeves off all my shirts" kind of way. mostly he thinks it's funny that he finally found something superficial that kallux hates)

in csp pro (my old software) the animation limit was 24 frames/3 seconds so there really wasn't any point in animating multiple elements of an image because it would look too cluttered/jerky if there were multiple things happening at once at 8 frames a second (or 12 frames over 2 seconds)
but nowwww i can draw those cute tableaus where multiple elements of the scene are moving 🥺
#even just adding an extra second made SUCH a big difference#the animation doesn't feel rushed now!! it has room to breathe!!#now im gonna want to add animated elements to Everything 💀#personal

okay i bit the bullet and finally upgraded to CSP EX after YEARS of dithering. so now i will be able to animate things that are more than 24 frames 🎉
which means i simply must animate semi-regularly to justify that purchase haha
