Did understand something a bit better through the lens of data analysis? Do you use data analysis in your everyday practice? Have you ever built a service on data? Do you have any kind of artistic data driven project? Are you obsessed with data at any level? And finally do you like beer? The boom of big data is only an extensive continuation of a classic field of data analysis, and we want to discuss about this with beers and interested people in Torino. We have been inspired by our friends in Madrid: @databeers - databeers.tumblr.com

DataBeers Torino 15 (RELOADED)
Caro Data (and beer) lover!
• Corrado Monti - Postdoctoral Researcher at ISI Foundation - “Predicting and Analyzing Donald Trump support on social media”
• Livio Bioglio - Università degli Studi di Torino - “What emotions TV shows trigger in their audiences?”
• Matteo Moretti - Social designer and Founder at Sheldon.studio - “Mapping Diversities” [INTERVENTO DA REMOTO]
Quindi registratevi responsabilmente!

Caro Data (and beer) lover!
Christian, Giovanni, Laura, Michele, Roberta e Stefania.

After a long period of abstinence, the desire to meet live is as strong as that of listening to a nice presentation on data projects while drinking a good beer.
We are verifying the feasibility of a Turin Databeers in presence (no Zoom/Meet,Skype/..., no online webinar, as in the past days before Pandemic), and as usual we start from the most important thing: the Speakers!
If you have a data project to tell (datascience, datavisualization, open data, bigdata, ...), write us an email with a captivating title and a short abstract.

Stay tuned for more information!

Data Beers Torino XII - Call For Speakers
Summer holidays are gone ... and we are very sad for this!
On the other hand, the good news is that the We (the lazy organizers) recharged our batteries and we are ready to start organizing a new episode of our beloved DataBeers!
As usual, we start by looking in our community for new brave speakers that aim at getting on the stage of the most drunk data-event in the city.
Please describe your idea of presentation and make us understand the topic you would like to address by sending an email to databeerstorino [at] gmail [dot] com
We will do our best to schedule the event at the beginning of November.
