I got bored and used my free time to design their female counterparts... now ofc separate from the books because Aaarrrgghg was originally a woman and now thinking of that I MAY want to bring some light onto her design.. and character, if I can. But I do lack insight of how the original book is like. Definitely going to read it over this summer, or whatever

I thiiiiink they'd like to hug, cuddle, n be fuzzy about it. I like that AARRAGG would hold blinky as they hug. So cute 😊 each experience holds that same fondness and affection but sparks a slightly different impression and in every scenario that I could make out for example-One time it would be out of pure love (so awesome), the other being from the effects of long distancing then to be reunited again because they have been constantly starving for each other's love, another being just for fun. You get me?

i want 20 seasons of the huntrix girls kicking ass, singing insanely catchy songs, and kicking demon ass while gwi-ma and the saja boys go to increasingly ludicrous lengths to try to out-idol them and the tiger and bird cause low-stakes mayhem all over seoul

I just watched Netflix's new movie K-pop Demon Hunter

ITS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

The visuals are stunning!

The music is amazing!!!!!!

the story is wonderful!!!

And it's made by the same people who did Spiderverse!

I'm absolutely stunned that more people aren't talking about it

I didn't even know it existed until yesterday

The songs in this movie gave me literal fucking chills

AND I DONT EVEN LIKE K POP

While I don't like Netflix much because they're kinda horrible and evil I do like that they make a lot of original animated movies from a lot of diverse backgrounds

early screening color script selections - my favorite part of working on this movie was helping establish the colors with these thumbnail paintings before production started. Most are painted over early storyboards, but some I didn't have boards or designs and had to go off vibes alone. Its cool to see how some of these ideas still made it into the final film. A lot of artists down the line definitely pushed and plussed the colors, and I love how it turned out.

Fairy Tales are a necessity because they dare speak the truths that the world never wants to hear;

That adults are cruel to children.

That you will suffer injustice, but that doesn't give you the right to be unjust to others.

That there are negative consequences to indulging vices.

That upholding moral principles is always the better path, even in the face of hardship.

That you will die someday.

And that inspite of all the bad in the world, it is worth persevering and finding the love and joy that is out there.

More from my Dragons return concept. Full colours this time.

I feel like Steve would have a very Snotlout, Hookfang type relationship with his dragon. ( the dragon being very nonchalant about the whole experience and tolerating Steve’s enthusiasm and general Steve antics.)

Jim’s Dragon friend has a big heart, just like him. And is the first dragon in my story concept to find Arcadia. (And may or may not also become Jim’s therapy dragon. Boy does he need one.)

Blinkys not so sure about the whole wild dragon thing, he’s more of the ‘I’ll stay where my feet reach the ground thank you very much!’ Kind of troll.

Unfortunately the same can’t be said for the Deady Gailslash that’s become particularly fond of him. Heaven’s knows why? 🙃

Claire befriends a dragon with a particularly unique ability that orientates around fear and light within shadow, which greatly reflects a lot of herself.

Aaarrrgghhs just ecstatic to have made a new friend.

Toby, he’s loving every minute of it. And may have named the twin dragons after a hot pepper.

I definitely ment to mirror the original dragon riders in this from Httyd. If you couldn’t tell, as technically this is history repeating itself. ( I’m not counting the nine realms show, that is not cannon, but TOA and Httyd same universe are.)

I’ve been developing this concept for a long time, as of now it’s just art, but once everything is finalised I will be doing a fanfic on this, so keep an eye out if your interested.😁
