DIY Chest Binder Tutorial!

I made my own binder today and it was SO EASY (and cheap.. only $10!) so I thought I’d share!

Works well and is so BREATHABLE and comfy due to the mesh in the back. Make one for every day of the week.

Requires some sewing skills (it’s possible with hand sewing!) but its a super super simple pattern. Learn 2 sew by making a binder, its a great skill to have B) Try it out for yourself and let me know, I’m really interested in hearing how it works for different bodies!

i remember in sophmore year when adaine said she wanted a gun and all of the other bad kids were so against it and i think it was fabian that asked if she had a permit for it and my reaction was always 'idk does riz have one u never ask him' so i'm feeling retribution in this moment

Has anyone considered liking a character because of how their fucked up nature and flaws makes them interesting and entertaining instead of trying to rewrite the story and the character in a more boring way to make them cute??? You guys have been doing so good with how you love and talk about aelwyn why we gotta make kipperlilly a "poor little girl" to like her?? "I can't believe people are haters of her :((" shes an ASSHOLE, and I LOVE HER. She hates riz for having a murdered father, thats FUCKED. She's hilarious and I feel bad for her having a shit time with friends, but she's also a dick!!! She's great!!! She's a bitch!!!! Why do we have to erase her personality of enjoying cheating the system and digging up a dead body in order to win just to be Allowed to like her?? You can't hate and love a character at the same time?? She sucks and shes an entertaining character!! She had a hard time and then got possessed by a GOD. She's exactly like the people who made MY life suck when I was thirteen, but I also relate how I was to her!!! She's not a cutie pie, she's not RIGHT, shes an angry teenager who then got corrupted by a full fucking DEITY. She thinks its unfair that riz's dad was full ass murdered, and also she called her adventuring party "the high five heroes :)!". NUANCE!!!!

genuinely it's so sweet that Fabian is like. obviously never going to be buddies with Gertie or enjoy her company but he went out of his way to resolve her vow of enmity with him so that she could be a viable romantic partner for Kristen. he even dropped some gift ideas for Kristen on the way out because he's attentive and knows what she likes and wants her to be treated well! he gains NOTHING from making up Gertie other thank knowing she might be a source of happiness for Kristen.

I'm also thinking about Fig and Kristen immediately welcoming Aelwyn back and making space for her cats in the house and trying to razz her in a way she enjoys, just because that's Adaine's sister and Adaine wants to have her around and be closer to her. the Bad Kids just support each other so much and so unthinkingly, it's second nature to them to want to see each other as happy as possible. and it's such an interesting in contrast with the Rat Grinders having these weird little squabbles where Ruben will do something just to upset Kipperlily and no one even knows what Maryanne is thinking and Oisin and Ivy are obviously closer than anyone else in the group.

Sam to Zelda:

"You sort of like meet people when they're together and you just sort of expect them to stay that way no matter what happens."

If Zelda and Gorgug are broken up and Zelda hasn't told anyone in her adventuring party, this line is brutal. Then like less than a minute later Zelda says:

"...Even the things that are like in your life that weren't great, you still might've relied on them and had them be familiar. I get it."

Now Zelda is talking about Sam's relationship with the Everpetals, her surrogate parents. But the revelation that she and Gorgug are broken up really re-contextualizes Zelda tagging it with "I get it." Because now I read that as Zelda talking about her and Gorgug's relationship.

Her relationship with Gorgug probably wasn't going great, and they were growing apart but she and Gorgug had been together for over a year, so it was familiar and she did rely on it because of course parts of it were simple—he understands she's got to adventure, he understands her rage, he's been with her during a lot of shit, and he's a good guy, but they're young and growing up and going in different directions (like does Gorgug pushing further into Artificer contribute to the distance between them or is his focus on Artificer partially a reaction to their breakup?) so it had to be terrible for her. Just terrible and it changes things in The Seven.

I don't know if Brennan knew Zelda and Gorgug wouldn't be together in Junior Year when they did The Seven, but regardless there are moments that become heartbreaking nonetheless.
