༘⋆。 where it hurts starters.
caretaker.
i'll stay until you fall asleep.
you're not a burden. not to me.
you don't have to act tough with me.
let me help.
if you need to cry, i'll look the other way.
you don't have to talk.
let me handle it, just for a minute.
rest, i'll watch over you.
i don't care if you think you're fine. i'm staying.
deep breaths.
just lean on me.
you're safe now, okay? just breathe.
i know it hurts. i'll sit here as long as it takes.
i'm not leaving until i know you're okay.
you don't need to hide.
let me take care of you this time.
shh. i'm right here.
you don't have to put on a smile for me.
i don't think less of you.
i'll be here when you wake up.
you're allowed to lean on me. that's what i'm here for.
you don't have to be okay.
scoot over, i'm not letting you sleep alone.
your hair's a mess. let me brush it.
don't apologize.
cared for.
i'm tired, that's all.
please don't go.
i don't know what i need.
you didn't need to come.
you shouldn't have to see me like this.
i hate feeling like this.
i was trying to push through. i think i made it worse.
this is so embarrassing.
can you just... stay a little longer?
i didn't think anyone would notice...
i'm not safe in my own head right now.
why are you being so gentle with me?
i don't want you to fix me.
today's just... one of the harder days.
i didn't know i needed to hear that.
can you stay? after i fall asleep?
sorry. i didn't mean to flinch.
i don't always know what's going to help.
this is the nicest anyone’s been to me all week.
i'm sorry. i know i'm a lot.
i don't even know why i'm crying...
i think i'm broken.
you didn't have to do all this for me.
i don't want to be a burden.
i didn't think anyone would stay.

"I used to play here." He almost seemed solemn, which he was. "Ever heard of Hangman's Joke?" Taking a seat beside the clairvoyant, he observed her drink. Sometimes he wished he was human and not some vessel that was risen for the dead, but he knows why he is here.
After avenging the death of his fiancée, he still remained instead of going with her off, somewhere. The Great Beyond? Although Eric didn't believe in The Great Beyond. He believed that his soul was laid to rest and now that he was awake, he still had tasks to complete.

Lydia needed this. She needed Halloween. She needed this night in the club away from her boring, lonely life. She wasn't the most social of beings, but on Halloween, she could be whatever she wanted. Eyes were blown wide from the pills. It was the day when the dead could freely cross the veil and she wanted to make damned sure that those senses were numbed. She wanted to make doubly sure that a certain ghost would not make his appearance tonight.
"I like the look," Lydia offered up to the other. He reminded her remarkably of Prince Vince -- though, she'd keep that thought to herself. That had been a very long time ago. "Is it just for Halloween or is it every day wear?"

"Shelly look, I found the skeleton garland." Eric smiled genuinely at his girlfriend and dangled the black and white garland before her eyes with a hearty chuckle. The couple had both been hanging up Halloween decorations all evening and it was a special occasion. This would be their first year living together and also their upcoming anniversary. Shelly and Eric's first date had been at a bar on Halloween.

He stood there as still as a gargoyle statue underneath the umbrella. The rain pelted down and still gave way to drench his presence. He was tired, but he was also determined. Determined to get revenge on who wronged him and who dare lay a hand on Shelly.
"I will kill them. All of them. It's necessary."
@hexsreality
The way Eric had taken Wanda's hand was not lost on her, his grasp was firm but gentle when he handled her. Any malice and thirst for vengeance was mellowed for now, but once they parted ways, Eric was going back to being the malevolent force that he was. She stared at the painted man before her, the one who could barely fit under her umbrella that she tried to share with him. How her heart ached for him and his lost love, two innocents who didn't deserve the fate that was dealt to them. Wanda didn't blame Eric for returning to the land of the living to enact his revenge upon the men who did this to him.
"What will happen to you, once you finally have your revenge?" She hoped once the violence and bloodshed were over, Eric would finally find peace. On the other hand, Wanda had hoped he would remain in the land of the living. She hoped that he would remain with her, as she had grown fond of his company.

He chuckles at that. "Elvia huh? I prefer Morticia." He is being honest but not exactly hitting on her. No, he isn't over Shelly and probably never will be.
"No I dress like Elvira everyday, this is america we can be big tittied goth girls for any reason."
She is definitely trick or treating but Katherine can't pass up an opportunity to be snarky.

"Trick or treating?" He assumes so by the tightly laced up bodice and the way her hair is done up Victorian style. Either that or she is on her way to a Halloween party.

The only good outcome of the disastrous reboot of the new crow film is that people are now watching the original again for the first time or in a long time and saying how beautiful and timeless it is because of brandon and acknowledging his legacy and that is a wonderful thing.
