I waited for you In the spot you said to wait In the city, on a park bench In the middle of the pouring rain 'Cause I adored you I just wanted things to be the same You said to meet me out there tomorrow But tomorrow never came 

They met in a park, Barry dropped his latest case file and was helped up by a stranger. When he looked up and saw the blue eyes of his good Samaritan he almost dropped his papers again. 

Len was an orderly in a psychiatric institution and Barry was a CSI and their schedules lined up somehow. They kept meeting there most mornings, slowly falling into a routine each bringing the other coffee, a simple routine that brightens each of their days as they slowly learn more about each other. They had been meeting for around 6 months and still hadn’t got each others numbers, each too nervous to make the first move and ruin the only sunny part of their day, but Len had finally decided that enough was enough and he asked Barry out for coffee. To his delight Barry said yes, but he had to run off to work before they could set a date, but who cares they always had tomorrow.

But that night the particle accelerator exploded and the city was thrown into chaos, Len didn’t make it to the park for a couple days and when he started to return he found himself waiting alone. For months he returned until he finally accepted that perhaps he just wasn’t going to meet Barry again.

That was until he goes to pick up a patient from the hospital and he happens to walk past the room home to a coma patient who was hit by lightning.

They may not have had tomorrow yet but Len would be waiting when it finally came.

I just watched Tangled and I’m astounded that there is no Coldflash Tangled AU

Eobard Thawne kidnapped Prince Barry Allen as a child to secure the power of the flower used to save his and his mothers life during childbirth. The flower gave Barry superspeed and Eobard absorbs it from him while keeping him locked up in a tower. Barry has never met anyone else but that all changes when the master criminal Leonard Snart rolls through his window trying to find a place to find.
