Happy #littlefriday lovely people ❤🙋🏼 How are you today? I'm already done with the household and ready to prep the lunch for today. Any suggestions? I thought about pasta cause pasta is always a good idea right? Also my kids love it 👨👩👧👦. . Btw on this pic I tried to feed my little boy Henry with the 'Alice im Beerenland' smoothie bowl by @oatsome.de . This mix is so yum and the smell is amazing 🍇🍓🍌But Henry loves his oats to much. Vegane Brownies mit Kokoscreme
Ingredients
1/2 can coconutcream (200ml)
150g spelt flour
5 tsp cacao
6 tbsp maple syrup
half a tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
Prehead your oven to 180°

Ingredients
100g dark chocolate, dairyfree, sugarfree (85% cacao, I used Lindt)
water of one can chickpeas
3-4 tbsp Coconutyogurt
vanilla
4 tbsp Maple syrup

Autumn is here and so it´s time to bake the first cinnamon buns
Ingredients
Dough
60g plant butter
200ml coconutmilk
1 packet yeast (ca. 9g)
80g coconutsugar
pinch of salt
400g spelt flour
Filling
Cinnamon + Coconutsugar
melted plant butter
