Series: Legendary Creatures of Japan. Abumi-guchi (ah-boo-me-goo-chee) 鐙口, "stirrup mouth" It is a type of tsukumogami (sue-koo-moe-gah-me)(tools that have acquired a spirit) formed from a stirrup, usually one that once belonged to a dead soldier. It is said that the abumi-guchi will wait where it lies for the dead soldier to return. I am recreating legendary folklore of Japan in this ongoing series. Princess Celestia of My Little Pony 🦄. I've been seeing a lot of 🦄 unicorns and I wanted draw my favorite unicorned princess pony. I grew up with the original My Little Pony. You OG people know what I'm talking about 😎 Do you also remember in the original the characters actually looked like ponies? I do and I wanted to make sure she resembled a pony. (My Halloween costume is also unicorned themed, tee-hee🤫) In particular I like My Little Pony's cuz I grew up around horses and ponies. My first 4-H show was a pony named Ponyboy. He was 37 years old and was white and brown spotted. Such good horse. Lost Characters of the Past

Sometimes we lose our way and the path we are walking is in a land of self doubt, belittling thoughts, and lack of self confidence. My path is using my past to propel myself forward. These characters are a glimpse of what was and what is. This piece is a testimony of a difficult time in my teenage years. Today I can bring it a happy ending in my adult years.
