1.) David and Damien - Aside from me just wanting to use the ship name DnD i think it'd make for interesting dynamic. Instead of Opposites attract, we go fire v fire. Since a connection through opposite traits can create conflict, a connection through similar traits create of mutual understanding, i'm not saying it's just as easy as flip-flopping, personalities are complicated but like, imagine: instead of David getting snappy one day cuz someone allegedly following them to a fast-food joint, it's:

David encountering a fiery fire elemental at a coffee shop giving a rude customer a piece of his mind. But of course, this isn't much an interesting sight, raises a brow of amusement before looking back down at his phone while waiting for the line to move. Though, much to his chagrin, this escalates, the fire elemental loses his cool, sparks a flame in the middle of coffee shop, and as if on instinct David shoves through the line, putting out the fire with the extinguisher hanged from corner while the people around panic and fumble, and empowered standing where he was drilling manners to the woman who now screaming at another employee, now frozen to his core, his face naturally in-shock, which quickly turned to fear. The alpha marches towards him in 3 large strides, his brows furrowed, and a stance Damien could only assume meant 'what the fuck was that?'. "What the hell was that?!" the man practically roared, 'much more pg than he'd initially imagine but alright' it was loud and threatening enough to snap him from his internal panic. "..Sorry I lost control-" the elemental stuttered, 'fuck. He knew he losing his temper resulted in outburst, he thought he could manage it, the woman just got under his skin, god knows what it did to the worker--' "No shit. Probably next time we don't pick fights when we have temper problems." God what did he get himself into, he just wanted a coffee before going into work, now he's roped himself into this mess. "I could have had it under control." the elemental retorted, seemingly insulted. "Keyword being could. You're lucky no one was hurt." He lectured.

Holyshit Vincent and Lovely, welcome to the family - I love how they were included this year, also the fact that Vincent is just so polite the entire time was adorable, give it a few more sessions he'll be an asshole talking shit too-- specially if you put him with Asher.

Let's all respect Milo for providing the snacks, he took pride in those.

Crying, Sobbing, Weeping

It’s no surprise that Milo is observant when it comes to his mate.

So he knew that something was up when his eyes opened that morning. Something seemed…off, although he couldn’t quite put his finger on it just yet. He always woke up before Sweetheart did, so seeing them still asleep in his arms wasn’t anything different. But the pained look on their face certainly was.

Milo gently smoothed the crease forming on their forehead with his thumb, before sliding his hand down to cup their cheek. It pained him to see the dark circles under their eyes. They hadn’t been sleeping well lately.

Sweetheart’s eyelids fluttered open, and upon seeing the light from the sun shine through the curtains they let out a pained groan and turned away, burying their face in his side.

Ah, a migraine.

Milo kissed the top of their head and buried them both under the covers. A stray tear fell from one of their eyes as they looked at him in appreciation. The darkness helped.

“Thank you.” They whispered, and Milo gathered them in his arms again.

“Shhh, you don’t need to thank me. Let’s stay in today, make it a rest day.”

“But our date-“

“Just being with you is enough.” He kissed them, slow and gentle. “I already have everything I want in my arms.”
