As much as i agree 100%, Sharons death still hurts me so much. The level of unawereness of whats happening and the joy because off it for some reason really terrifes me

as a black person i personally don't care for race changing, as long as you're not doing it for the wrong reasons, and listening to poc when they express discomfort. I also think there's a disconnect between a limited perspective and limitless possibilities within shifting. shifting has no rules imo. do whatever, but, don't get mad when people clock you for being a weirdo, with gross intentions.

Shifting... Right. You let go, you decide, "I'm already in my DR" You let go of thought simply letting yourself flow there, with thoughts. But then what? What to do then? Continue laying on the bed with these thoughts? What'll happen next?

my shifter in christ. you didn't let go!!!!!!!!!! its not about the thoughts in that exact moment when you are trying to shift. its now. its in your dr. always. if you are at work and you are 'fuck i didn’t shift fuck i hate my life fuck i hate everyone' you are punching your subconscious with things that the subconscious believes in. because of what you decide to tell to it. like. what more do you want me to say. you keep being munched by stress. shifting is NOT A PROCESS. it’s a decision. you decide to change your awareness.

you are aware that you didn't shift. then you decide to change that. (but. actually) & now you are aware that you shifted. that's it. you assume, you persist, you live.

you hear 'your thoughts create reality' and you decide to think the opposite of the things you want. ????????

'what’ll happen next' you…..shift. what do you think is going to happen. mr monster is going to tickle your feet? again. don't think of your shifting attempt as a process. you ARE in your dr. you feel normal in your dr.

'continue laying on bed with those thoughts?' you talk as if you are not in your dr bed. like. stop caring about feeling the mattress of your dr bed and start thinking about you actually being there.
