Hello all my beautiful tribe! New #DesertMermaid #Vlog up on my channel! And Phillip even makes a brief cameo in too 😋💗🐱 Link will be below and in my bio! . . The past week has been a rough pain week. On the pain scale 8-9/10 ☹️ I spent most of my time sleeping or trying to get my #SIJoints to shift so they aren't totally crushing and irritating my sciatic nerves 😬💊⚠️ When my pain gets this bad I can't concentrate on very much all I want to do is sleep to escape the pain. I often go to a place of guilt and shame. I always end up feeling like I'm not trying hard "Enough". I am so grateful to have so many wonderful people to ground me and remind me I am doing "Enough"! Greatness doesn't happen overnight. So Thank you to all the amazing people that support me through the hard times and keep me going! As I started to finally feel like a functioning adult, BAM! 💥 I hit a few rough couple of days 😕 I believe the increased back pain has to do with the weather change 🍂and my recent efforts to go back to the #gym in the morning. All I need to do is keep reminding myself that this is not a failure or a set back. It will take time to get on my feet and get going. I do have faith that Im am doing my best and headed on the right path. I just need to have #patience❤️ And on the up side I finally have the last of my #Solvang #Vlogs up on my #Youtube channel. So far this week my pain level has been manageable which is amazing for me! 😋Normally my pain level fluctuates 7-9/ 10. When my #pain is that high I can't concentrate and all I want to do is lay in bed and sleep 😴 this week my pain has level has been between a 5-7/10 😁 I have been able to edit #DesertMermaid videos for #Youtube and keep up on my walking goals. 🚶‍♀️ I am keeping my fingers crossed that my pain stays manageable for my #Birthday 🎂🎉😁 I hope everyone of my #Spoonie friends are having a great pain week like I am. And for my non-Spoonie, I hope your week is going. Or at least getting better. This last week has not been an easy one ☹️ I had a lot more leg pain then usual, probably do to the #fall weather change. Good evening! Day 3 of my #RoadTrip #Vlogs is up on my #Youtube channel. I will link the video below after I give you a #playbyplay of my amazing day! The mixture of both increases the pain in my SI joints and irritates my sciatic nerves 😫 When my pain gets this bad all I want to do is sleep through the pain. #Awesome was what today was for me! I Had a really great pain day and was able to make it to #hobbylobby with my mama @kj_in_the_desert 😋 I feel like over the last few weeks I have begun to have more good days then bad. It's so exciting! 😄 I hope this good streak will continue so I can focus more on Desert Mermaid vlogs and videos for #youtube. My goal is to become more consistent on social media so I can be a source of support for #spoonies or anyone in general going through a hard time. I know how awful it feels to be alone in your pain (Physical or Non-physical). I want to give others the hope that things will get better and they will be happy again!
