if you say abortion can only happen in extreme cases you are also saying you don't care if a pregnant person dies

I was unaware people who are made about Scoobies doing necromancy. i thought people got mad about what happens immediately after (where Buffy's body got revived)

really perplexing btvs fandom thing to me is when ppl are mad that willow & the gang resurrected buffy bc she had finally found peace in death. bc yeah s6 shows us so much of how buffy suffers as a result of having been brought back. but like. if my 21 year old best friend sacrificed her life for me and then three months later i found a way to bring her back to life i would do it. no hesitation. of course i would do it.

i agree with you it is an assumption that Willow and Tara do not contribute financially. But i think it is a bigger leap in logic to think that they do contribute.

Buffy is shown to be alone with the finances. except for the one instance of Scoobies cleaning the house when she leaves to see Angel and Giles giving her a check. Tara might cook once?

We do see that Dawn is tired of eating only burgers and struggles to make a meal (tortillas and peanut butter???) which makes it obvious no one is paying for groceries.

the absence of showing Willow/Tara cleaning, or mentioning paying for one particular bill (which would be easy to throw out a line)

the story that is told is buffy is alone when it comes to expenses.

Probably i shouldn't wade in on this VERY controversial BtVS issue BUT... why is everybody so convinced that Willow and Tara don't contribute financially to Buffy's household? is this mentioned? Everyone is always complaining about this but it seems like a very literal interpretation of the text... like just because minor details aren't mentioned doesn't mean it's not happening... Sometimes friends live at your place and also pay their share of rent and bills etc (I'm doing this atm which is what got me thinking lol) But it wouldn't cover all Buff's expenses and she'd still need to get a job and be under strain. I don't know where Willow and Tara get their money but they previously paid for a student dorm so maybe parents, some kinda social help, or an unmentioned and narratively irrelevant side gig.
