#I’m technically diagnosed with GAD but my psych once made a comment regarding my behavior resembling OCD so idrk if it’s anxiety#or moral ocd anymore#actually I was diagnosed with gad from my social worker in 2021 so idk#misdiagnoses can and often do happen so maybe my symptoms do fit moral ocd more than just anxiety#I might ask about it in the future#while I have been getting better and healing#it is real and is no joke#caring about morals is good#but constantly thinking you’re an evil irredeemable person for#having hobbies#or existing as you are#having emotions#or even for having moral discussions and callling out wrongdoings but feeling fake and performative about it despite not intending to#is really bad#not to make anyone feel guilty for it I mean bad as in it feels terrible not that it’s morally wrong#there’s nothing wrong with having mental health struggles#I do like talking about my specific morals in regards to a series I like if something problematic happens in it#or if a famous/infamous person was exposed for something terrible#but idk. I feel fake and like a show off for doing it even when it’s not my intentions and I truly do want to call out real evil#and I feel evil for doing harmless things like drawing my favorite fictional characters#well used to#I also hate it whenever I see at least one person hate or dare I say even critique a special interest of mine#no hate to anyone or anything#it just makes me feel evil and irredeemable#lol I suppose that’s also internalized ableism regarding autism#we live in a society ig#guilt tripping
