As she let out a heavy cough, Toriel announced their arrival. “Here we are, it isn’t much, but what is mine is yours,” Toriel said, trying to hide her fear with a warm smile. The child returned the smile, and to her surprise, it carried an equal warmth. Both entered the house, and settled into some comfortable chairs. The home was dainty, yet at the same time had a mysterious ring to it. It was covered in shelves full of books, a cozy fireplace  and an awkwardly placed staircase laid in the middle of he entrance. “Are you hungry, I bet you are,” exclaimed Toriel, who was feeling significantly less concerned, “I’ll go run to the kitchen and fetch you up some butterscotch pie.” After the child saw she had left the room, they quickly got up and headed for a staircase that they had noticed upon their arrival. They inched down the steps, and moved quietly down to their destination.Â
Part 1:
In the beginning there was an all powerful demon. This demon had the power to give life, but it also had the power to destroy. If killed it could bring great fortune, and clarity. But, if provoked it could go on a killing spree, and inflict darkness and pain. One day, a foolish group of humans attacked it hoping to gain its power, but it backfired horribly. The demon began to go on a rampage, it massacred every human in sight. The more it killed, the more dark energy it built up. Once enough energy was collected the demon released it, causing everything to become black and empty. The humans decided they needed to ban together to seal away the beast, but a sacrificial lamb was required. A small human child was selected at random, and with the combined efforts of all humanity, a sealing spell was cast upon it. An unexpected twist occurred, instead of the souls canceling each other out, they ended up merging together. The result created an unknown being that had the appearance of a regular human. While it may have looked innocent enough,  it let out a murderous aura and was filled with the desire to kill. It was no longer human, nor demon, but perhaps something even more deadly. Although the chaos stopped, the newly formed creature was to be sent away to Mt. Ebott. It was still too dangerous to be dealt with by human hands, all prayed for a miracle.
…
“Howdy! I’m Flowey, Flowey the Flower,” exclaimed the small yellow flower, “ Wait…” The flower paused, he seemed to come to a sudden realization. Turning his back to the child he hissed, “I know what you are, don’t try to fool me.”
The child tilted its head, completely unaware of what the flower was talking about. Without another word the flower seeped back into the ground, creating an ominous atmosphere. The child continued to walk along, until it stumped upon a motherly goat.
“Oh hello dearie, are you lost,” she gently took the child’s hand, “My name’s Toriel, i’ll guide you to safety.” The child showed no sign of resistance, but for some reason a shiver crept up Toriel’s spine. “Oh heavens I forgot something, wait  here and i’ll be right back,” Toriel cried as she ran off.
The child looked around and noticed a small froggit, which curiously enough began hopping towards it. Without any rhythm or reason the child had the sudden urge to stomp the froggit into the ground. They took their foot, and began repeatedly crushing it, feeling its presence fade away. As the froggit burst into a black powder, the child felt something change inside of them. Their body twitched and tingled, and a smile spread across their face. The smile was quickly wiped away by a strong burning sensation, they fell to the ground and grasped their hands in pain. Long claws sprouted from their once neatly trimmed finger tips, shortly after replacing the feeling of pain with an  immediate numbness.Â

“Sorry about that, I remembered an annoying dog I needed to take care of,” said Toriel, as she ran back to the child’s side. Toriel reached down to grab their hand, only to jump back in fright. “Oh, that’s new, I suppose. Were those claws always there?” cautiously she reached down again, but the sight of the hand caused her to have a wave of doubt. She continued along, hand by her side, as if the gesture was never offered in the first place.
After a few minutes of walking, the air around the two began to get heavy. Toriel was fearful of looking back to the child, she had her eyes glued to the ground, and was walking at a fast pace. It felt as though the child was throwing daggers at them with their eyes, and a quick glance back would prove to be fatal. Sucking up her fears, she turned her head back for a brief second, and received a startling image. A beast like creature, covered in blood, and pieces of monsters’ flesh was gnawing at the air. She shook her head, and looked again. The only thing seen this time was a small, wide eyed child, skipping happily by her side. She dismissed her thoughts as simply paranoia.Â

Frisk (Chara): Every time they kill someone a small part of their body changes, making them slowly turn more demonic - With every kill brings them their sanity down further and further - By the time they get to Sans they are already a full demon Sans/Other characters: Every time they kill the demonic child their bodies light up ever so slightly.Â
The more they kill the demon, the lighter they become, and the more clarity they get. (Eventually turning them into celestial beings)Â
If they fail to kill, and end up dying instead, their bodies darken and their minds become empty.Â
