PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU DRINK/DO DRUGS:
If you end up at the hospital for whatever reason and they ask if youâve had alcohol or done any drugs, ANSWER THEM HONESTLY. They NEED to know this information in order to treat you. If you have to stay for a prolonged period of time (overnight or longer), they need to know this so they can KEEP YOU FROM BECOMING SERIOUSLY ILL/DYING FROM WITHDRAWAL EFFECTS. They also need to make sure they donât give you a medication that will make you sick/possibly kill you if combined with drugs/alcohol.
ER WORKERS WILL NOT REPORT YOU TO THE POLICE FOR HAVING ILLEGAL DRUGS IN YOUR SYSTEM. Theyâre asking this information so that they can make whateverâs going on with you better without making it worse first. Medications that cannot be taken with alcohol or certain drugs can kill you if you donât tell the ER staff that youâve had alcohol/done drugs. THEY ARE NOT GOING TO TURN YOU IN. THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO TREAT YOU/SAVE YOUR LIFE WITHOUT ACCIDENTALLY KILLING YOU BC THEY DIDNT KNOW YOU HAVE DRUGS IN YOUR SYSTEM.
Thank you for coming to my Ted talk

Sweet low-cal recipes â§â \â (â >â oâ <â )â ïŸâ â§
having sugar cravings? got your period and NEED some low-cal sweets?? i got u !
here are some of my favorites sweet snacks that i make :) <3
Banana Chocolat Ice Cream đđ« (100 cals)
For me, this one is the BEST
- 2 frozen bananas
-1 tbsp cocoa powder
put it all toghether in a blender and thats it !
bonus if u put some walnuts, strawberries (not that much or it wont have a nice texture), protein powder or oats
Protein CrĂȘpes đ„ (180 cals)
- 2 egg whites
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 scoop of whey (any flavor u want)
- 1 tbsp oatmeal flour
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
sweetener (optional)
â§put the mixture on a frying pan, but not so much, the mix has to be thin !!
now u can add any toppings u want! i recommend bananas, honey, berries, chocolat and peanut butter :)
Yummy rice cakes đ„đ«(100 cals for 3 of them)
i HATE rice cakes i only eat them w something on it
you'll need peanut butter and melted chocolat, i made some last week, they need to look like this:

Microwaved Brownies (176 cal)
*on a mug*
-1tbsp peanut butter
-1tbsp honey
-1 œtbsp cacao powder
-1tbsp milk
-pinch of baking powder
-chocolat chips are optional !
*mix*
â§microwave for a minute !
another bold crĂȘpe recipe but with 3 ingredients only (94 cals)
*blender*
-1 egg
-2tbsp oatmeal powder
-1 cup of milk
(pinch of salt or sweetener)
bonus if add chia seeds
i use this one for absolutely everything, (its very good with chicken)
that's all, hope it helped, maybe i'll do another one soon xoxo

Low Cal Breakfasts?
Hey guys!! I need help thinking of low cal breakfasts, something that stays under 200 cals preferably, 250 at the highest. Something filling and that will give me enough energy to get through the day without passing out. Iâm tired of eating way too many calories or needing to eat part of my lunch in math class. I wish I wasnât so prone to dizziness and passing out, Iâd love to just have nothing instead </3

If anyone actually sees this and likes it Iâd be more than happy to make a part 2. This took me awhile lol. I know some of these are a little basic but I tried to have a strong mix of well-known and lesser plus romance, comedy, psychological thrillers, cheesy etc. Its very broad so thereâs something for everyone and hopefully something new for someone.

Just a reminder: you don't have to be skinny to have an eating disorder. Ed's come in all shapes and sizes and you are absolutely valid if you're not thin.

WARNING!!!!

People, please be careful. There are also people tracking children and people and putting bids on them based on their profile pictures on whatsapp, tracking and kidnapping them. Especially young children, so please be cautious, especially parents who have their children as their profile pictures.
Please pass this on to everyone so that they are aware of the danger. I donât how it is all around the world but I know it canât just be here so please please spread the word. Thank you.
