🎆Unarguably, seviyan form an indispensable part of Eid festivities. It is something one can't do without and simply can't get enough of. . . 🌙When you talk of seviyan in India, you automatically think Eid. . . 📌Method of the recipe:- 1. Cook milk over medium flame until it reduces to almost half of its original quantity. Meanwhile, take a medium pan and heat desi ghee. 2. Add crushed cardamoms in ghee .when cardamom starts to crackle, add vermicelli to ghee. Stir for a few minutes over low flame. 3. When vermicelli is slightly brown,transfer sevaiyan to the milk and leave uncovered on low flame for some time. When they are almost done, add sugar. 4. Meanwhile soak saffron in condensed milk and keep it aside. Cook sevaiyan for another 10 minutes till it thickens. 5. Add kewra essence and soaked saffron in sevaiyan. Lastly, add raisins, dates and almonds.
