Do these people even realise they're not saying a fictional character looks like a monkey but also an actual, real, living person? Personally I think monkeys are adorable, but still. Comparing a human, especially a POC, a monkey is so ignorant. People should really learn how to use their brains since calling a POC person a monkey is not just "lowkey intolerant" but flat out racism. Surely, half of these people probably never even realised and they're probably not racists — or, more likely, they don't see themselves as racists but are nevertheless racists — but they obviously have some underlying racism in them. Either way, no matter how you want to look at it, their statements are clearly racist.

I'm currently watching S4E1 of Orphan Black and upon discovering the body in the woods, they said that while the cut out cheek was well done, there was signs of a struggle. Later, as Beth was speaking to Dr. Leekie, she said the cheek had been cut out post-mortem ("after death") and as far as I know, a deceased person usually don't put up a struggle.

Stiles does not have ADHD

I would like to write a looong post on this - and certainly do it more properly - but I'm out of my adhd medication (the irony) and I can't focus on anything because of that. The proof that Stiles doesn't have ADHD (or even ADD) is as early in as Wolf Moon (S1E1). The scene starts with Stiles doing research on werewolves and as Scott arrives, Stiles is quite hyperactive. This is where it becomes evident that the writers have messed up, because when Scott asks how much adderall (a medication used mainly to treat ADHD) Stiles has had, Stiles replies "a lot". Thing is, with all ADHD medication, that while someone who does not have the diagnosis gets sped up on it, the amphetamine salts has a stimulating effect on those with ADHD. So, if Stiles was hyperactive, the correct answer ought to have been "none" (or, "too little", if you'd like). In conclusion, the writers messed up because of poor knowledge and hence, Stiles has been misdiagnosed because - as a side note/fun fact - the easiest way to find out if you're ADHD diagnosis is correct is to see if you respond to the medication. If you don't, it's highly likely you don't have ADHD and probably something else in your life (like, a messy home situation, etc) that gives you the same "behaviour" as the criterias for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
