Diwali: Festival of light.

Diwali is a festival of light. But, do it signifies outside light? No, here light means the inner light. It signifies the auspicious moment of inner wisdom. Wisdom which takes you on the path of truth. To celebrate such wisdom, we don’t need to burn crackers. We just sit quite and experience that inner light.

What have you been putting off doing? Why? I was putting off doing my meditation, because my kids are small and they are always around me. Meditation needs peaceful time. But how far I am going to delay it?  It’s time to start it.I have decided that I will observe my routine and try to find a peaceful time. Meditation gives me a chance to meet myself. So no more delays.
