습관처럼 청소와 글쓰기를 미루는 이유는 두려움, 과중한 부담, 완벽주의, 동기 부여 부족 등 여러 가지가 있다. 이러한 습관은 불편함과 스트레스를 초래하며, 시작하기 어려운 상황을 만든다. 작은 변화로 시작해 목표를 달성하고, 행동을 통해 삶의 질을 개선하는 것이 중요하다.

Putting off
