so like why do we hate homewrecker 1992 so much...... because when i checked the letterboxd profile for the movie ppl were absolutely hounding it💔💔 and for the stupidest reasons too????? "erm lucy the ai isnt scary" she wasnt supposed to be scary you pisslicker "its cheesy" OH FUCK OFFFFFFFFF i cried watching this movie and i was still sad days after watching it bc the ending literally ripped my beating heart out of my body and shot it multiple times with a nailgun and pissed on it. like no movie has made me this sad since electric dreams and if u know me thats saying smth

"this movie is a lamer version of demon seed!" hey so demon seed is a movie abt a sentient ai forcefully impregnating a woman (who is his creators ex wife mind you) with his half human half computer baby and then uploading his consciousness into said baby after he dies so he can be human. homewrecker is a movie abt an ai that controls this guys vacation cabin, then said ai falls in love with the man, and tries to kill his ex wife bc shes jealous
