i think we actually should have a conversation about why trans men can do and say the most transmisogynistic shit possible and get coddled by the community, but if a trans femme says anything about it she gets dogpiled and demeaned for “trying to start infighting”.

like, i don’t think it’s a coincidence that people get more angry at the word theyfab than they do at actual transphobia. it’s like the concept of being mean to trans mascs is a cardinal sin to these people, but attacking a trans woman for calling attention to it is a perfectly justified response.

more on that last part, i’ve actually had a self described trans man lesbian tell me that he thought all trans women were binary women. and shockingly, when i told him he was wrong, i was “mansplaining” being trans. he blocked me after i called him transphobic.

i love how posts like these can blow up and people just believe whatever they say. like, textile and technology? yeah, they’re close enough, they could probably share a root. EXCEPT THEY DON’T! THAT’S JUST A LIE!

I am baffled how on some places Blood Angels players are whining about losing some of their datasheets as if their very existence as a "faction" is not already an anomaly from the early days of the game.

You already ARE playing a faction. It is called Space Marines. You can get a handful of characters and a single special unit (in this case Sanguinary Guard) that gets their own models, but seriously, that should be it. Space Marines as a whole is still horrifically bloated rules-wise, much to the detriment of faction flavor and balance so ANYTHING that cuts down on this nonsense is a welcome change.

Oh I can't wait until we get to the Space Wolves. Another breed of Space Marine players who think they are unique special boys who count as their own faction. They will have so much of their old redundant nonsense shoved into legends. THEY RIGHT NOW HAVE TWENTY DIFFERENT CHARACTERS YOU CAN FIELD. In addition to their 15 unique unit choices of course. Absolute madness. Can't wait for the howling and whining when GW finally puts the axe to that...
