Microsoft announces Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL

Microsoft has announced two new Windows Phone 8.1 handsets at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2015, in Barcelona - the Microsoft Lumia 640 and the Microsoft Lumia 640 XL.
