Personally, Bosconian is probably like my favorite Namco game. Used to be able get up to 500k points back when I didn’t have much to play on my playstation.
Bosconian in Namco Museum is a pretty fun game, but super repetitive.
There’s nothing to really aim towards, so it’s one of those games where I feel satisfied losing lives on purpose so I can move onto something else.
Changing the World Record message from Rally-X to Space Record is a nice touch!
I could have sworn there was a translation out for the japanese version, or at least being very near done
I was just trying out Ace Combat 3, but I don’t think I’ll play this one to completion.
Apparently the Japanese version of the game had a storyline, anime cutscenes, choosing which sides to join, and branching paths… but for the English version, they removed all of that, and just left as playing 36 missions in a row where it just says things like “aircraft have launched, your mission is to shoot them down”
Without that wrapping, you’re left with the game itself, which often feels like you’re fighting the controls themselves more than any opponents, in a sea of fog and flat grass textures.
I don’t think the world is ready for buff tango anyways
Two Miku concerts down, around 3,500 calories lost over the past couple of days, at least according to my Fitbit!
I’m realising that it may be somewhat incorrect, because the only option to choose for an exercise bike is ‘workout’, and that may be assuming I’m doing more than just pumping my legs against some magnetic resistance for an hour.
Either way, I’m still losing a lot of weight from hour-long workouts, so it’s going well for me!
I’ve looked into the whole ‘muscle vs cardio’ thing too. and while it’s definitely recommended for people to do both, I think I’m mostly happy with just cardio.
All the sites say that the reason it’s not recommended, is that the calories lost are short-term, whereas strong muscles burn some calories just by existing, so a combination of both is optimal for double calorie burning. As long as I’m doing cardio regularly though, instead of skipping days, I’m still losing mass calories, so it all works out for me!
I’ve had my Fitbit for almost a month now, and have lost 8 pounds since I bought it. That’s good enough for me!
