Cross cross
With every encounter you enrich your life. There is lesson in every situation. There is a caution in every situation. There is a risk in every situation. There is a feeling in situation. Our emotions is what defines our nature and thinking is what defines our emotions.
Some paths needed to crossover. Because those lessons we couldn’t have taught ourselves. Some journeys we had to take with those people to discover the real me. Its hurtful but truthful none the less.

Casual
You asked for us to be causal - So I din't tell you about my day. You asked for us to be causal - So I didn't introduce you to my friends. You asked for us to be causal - So I tried not to care about you. You asked for us to be causal - So I didn't ask where you were or with whom. You asked for us to be causal - So I didnt bother who you messaged. You asked for us to be causal - So I kept them tears to myself.
You asked for us to be causal - So I didnt realise when you disappeared.
You asked for us to be causal - So I made sure I didnt fall in love with you. You asked for us to be causal and then you blamed it all on me.

Cheap champagne
When the whole point of drinking is to get drunk and switching off into the blues of the night then why long for the expensive champagne. just why? makes no point. Its takes twice longer to getting that buzz and at-least 4 times more expensive. You cant say the expensive champagne wont destroy your health because either way, cheap or not, it sure does. And ultimately, it all turns to poop soon enough! Copy pasting this formula to marriage or the promise of life long commitment, in these times, where options are just one swipe away (tinder etc) - which may seem like cheap champagne vs a serendipity encounter. We long for the latter. But are we all destined to it? Is it worth it? The shorter courtship marriage is so much easier. You barely know your better half, not all those shades anyways - yet physical is inevitable and quick. A promise of lifetime that ultimately is taken over by life & drama which turns to poop. Then why do we long for a destined encounter when poop is the ultimatum. Why this expensive champagne? The process of Love is already a bag full of unpredictability. 100 times more harder to find. Plus not to forget the risk - so much on the line for that special buzz. Though the main issue is that once you indulge or have experienced the experience, nothing compares. No matter how good every swipe looks like. Anyways, I guess we have to remember that time matures even the cheap champagne at some point eventually. What you nurture, grows in time.

Tempting Fate
The feeling when everything is too good to be true, you're in the bliss mode, nothing can stop you, you're happy! dancing your way through life but then you fear. You fear it'll all wash away. When you keep wanting more and more of this happiness and you keep pushing it, sometimes very little, sometimes a little too much - but then fate shows up and tells you - you're not the one incharge. This is not a fairytale. And hints that maybe you can loose it all by taking away just a little bit. The perfect amount that brings you down to the ground.
Maybe you even fall and get scratched, but you still have it. Not all is lost. You don't need to loose your mind over the tiny amount that got took away. 89% is still there to get you off the ground. Maybe not so much that you can fly right away again - That, would require some healing! It's in these moments we forget we ever flew or danced our way through. We forget we ever had wings and they gradually start to disappear. We start walking too much which can get you only so far. We cage ourselves in a bubble of our mindset, which is already in a state of loss.
But there's a way to tempt fate again. And no it's not via diverting yourself to something else completely, ie work. It might help temporarily. But the scratches need healing. They need some attention. The sooner they are healed the less deep of a cut.
Remember you flew once, you can do it again. Maybe further this time. It's all upto you.

Love
Why is it that love is hard? So complicated? Why is love the only thing that can manipulate the beating of your heart? And why are there different kinds of love? Love should be one kind, yet it isn't. Every kind makes you feel a different way. The love we get from parents is so very different from that of a lover. It's simple, unconditional and right there with us from the start. Whereas the latter can destroy you if unrequited. Why is there no easy way to stop loving someone? Sometimes it takes only a look to feel it and sometimes decades wont be enough. Maybe one person feels it more than the other, sometimes the other might feel it and yet not reciprocate it. Why such madness? Why is there no algorithm for love? There maybe many who evoke the feeling but we all know, we only want that one. Maybe even need that only one person. Is need love? or is want love? The toughest love is loving a stranger. Someone you don't fully know but somewhat. Someone you might dream about every night and still never know why you love them. Why this stranger has this power over you. The fantasy love, I call it. Too good to be true. The love at first sight kind. Deja vu evoking kind. It's the scary one, which movies are made after, where both character feel this strong magnetic attraction but they are only strangers living their best happy lives, eventually they meet after a million struggles and then finally make each other happy. The happy ending, where the soul is happy, where tiny things don't matter. Is love worth it? such drama, such un-predictability? Why is love not enough - The family love kind, the friendship love kind? Why are we programmed to find it? Why is it as important? If it's as complicated, is it really love afterall? (Naah just a vague feeling that time should heal eventually!)
