It's over!
This is tough to deal with. Gym membership has fallen thorough (student problems), this is the last month. Gonna be a while before I enter a gym again...but I'm happy this process begun. I feel more good about myself now than I ever did and its not because of whatever muscle that has appeared. Gym turned out to be a really good way to strike back at depression and anxiety. While doing my reps I learned a lot about myself and also how to manage my own emotions I hear calisthenics is something that people do without gym equipment. Maybe I should be more serious about looking into that.

Second week back at the gym. Did a a hectic leg session with some light extras. Would love to have done more but it okay. My legs felt it good. 4x medium weight squat (12 reps) 2x heavy weight squat (8 reps) 2x reverse fly 3x shoulder press

Been a while since I posted. I'm not even sure what week this is. Been keep distracted from gym by exams and soon its gonna be the holidays and I won't be at gym until next year. Today though, I am doing a full body workout and it feels like I'm gonna shit and puke on myself at the same time. Been lifting very heavy, much heavier than usual. Really got serious puke sensation when I did squats just 10kgs less than my own body weight. I guess its progress

NCOD! National Coming Out Day!
Today is national coming out day and there is no day in the year that makes me feel like a complete coward. I wish for the best of luck and the strongest of courage for all those who come out today. I wish them lots of love and laughs, movie nights with friends and day outs with more friends PS: I really think it should be called "international coming out day" but anyway, I'm just gonna crawl back under my duvet until tomorrow...I might cry.
