O..M..G y’all… i’ve never lost so fast and so consistently before in my life. this morning i’m down another -1.4 lbs!!! it’s crazy! and as time goes on it is actually getting easier!
i’m truly amazed loving the results of this di3t so far. I think i might do one week on and one week off this just so i dont get too burnt out~
