This was such a cool prompt, I loved the idea (I have a similar WIP happening for anther fandom) and I was excited to know more about the books, but unfortunately RL happened and it wasn't possible, so I had to base myself only on the info you provided. I hope it's still within the prompt. I also apologize for making it so short, but again RL happened and, as you might know, I'm without a laptop right now, and writing a fic on my phone was a bit... Let's say challenging. 🙈 I hope to revisit this someday, but for now, I hope you're still able to enjoy this story.

The prompt was "Dark romance (think stalker, mafia vibes)".

Ended up kind of running away with the idea of "stalker" but made it modern? I tried setting a gritty mood with it by having Mickey stalking Ian at night with his camera phone. But Ian knows Mickey has been following him 👀 Detailed image below!

I couldn't bring myself to draw Ian's Monica tattoo or eagle tattoo. So let's just pretend this is an AU. This is probably not as dark as your preference, but I hope you like it!

Now, I know you read about that big heist at Konpeki Plaza the other day in the screamsheets. Well I have it under good authority that it was these two guys who were behind it. And not just that, listener! Rumor has it Gallagher and Milkovich are responsible for the biggest grand larceny jobs this year. You know, the real flashy ones that the corpos wish you didn't know about but failed to hide? The Regal Residencies robbery? The Kang Tao Building bust-up? Yeah, that's right. All the work of these two street kids from the slums, clearly on their way to becoming Night City legends. The NCPD is reportedly offering a hefty reward if you think you have what it takes to take these guys down. But, you want my advice? If you see this duo coming, get the fuck out of their way. And unless you gonks have a real death wish, never, ever, get in between them.
