I have been listening to Big little boy by Madds Buckley.

One part in particular made me picture Bakugou realizing how small he had always been.

I picture middle school / start UA Bakugou holding the whole world in palm his hands. Only for the picture to chance into older Bakugou falling, he is in the palms of Deku because Izuku Midoriya was always bigger than him. (perhaps they are each other's worlds)

Mini detail Bakugou would look at the world with his I'm the best grin and Izuku looks at Bakugou with a fond smile.

Izuku said He Feels at Ease When Someone Holds His Hand.

Now we know that All for One is a Quirk capable of stealing or copying other Quirks and transferring them to whoever he wants or keeping them and using them if the user wants and we also know that he gave his supposedly Quirkless brother a gift of power accumulation… ok? Well that's when I saw this…

"Just holding hands soothes the heart."

Izuku says again that the simple act of holding hands calms the heart because it works for him, holding hands with his friends calms him down and makes him feel good.

Well, so far so good.

That's where THIS comes in…

It is then that Izuku can somehow feel the embers rekindling.

When his other friends arrive, Kacchan walks in and asks Izuku about the embers... "They flew you over here, but… are the embers okay?"

To which Izuku replies "Yeah" Because yes, the embers are so good that they burn again... And no, it was not the "Magic of Friendship" nor the "Power of Love" nor the "Izuocha"

then I was like...

Naniiiii? But what the hell happened here?! and I remembered the following...

Yeap! Izuku's hands in volume 417, and that's when it occurred to me that what a fucking genius Horikoshi-sensei is.

Well, now we all know that AFO steals quirks by touching his victims with his hands due to the holes in them that seem to absorb said quirks, right? ok, have you figured out where I'm going?… AFO is Izuku's father! YES!

So even though here it doesn't look like Izuku has the same holes as AFO, there does seem to be light in what would appear to be said holes, but that's because instead of absorbing Quirks, Izuku only absorbs energy, like the Quirk that AFO imposed on his brother stores energy and like AFO absorbs said power! So if when Izuku touched Uraraka's hand he absorbed part of the power of her quirk to revive the embers, wouldn't that mean that Izuku inherited AFO's mutated quirk somehow? Well you can say that Izuku would need the holes to absorb the power but do we remember what his mother Inko's quirk is? Attraction of small objects and she uses the movement of her hands to attract them, so if we add both quirks Izuku wouldn't need the holes, it would be a combination, and he would attract the power of the quirks just by putting his hands on people. And again you could refute me, "But Izuku has touched a lot of people with his hands" and I'll answer, Yes, but he was wearing gloves and it seems like he only activated his quirk recently in volume 417 of the manga by the looks of it since it's the first time those lights appeared on his BARE hands WITHOUT gloves, so Horikoshi, you damn genius, is this your way of revealing Dad For One in a plot twist at the end of the manga? Or am I just overthinking it?! Whatever it is, I'm happily sticking with this DFO theory!

But what if both me and my friends are closeted and the closest we can get without our parents grilling us all is they/them??

Also I have horrible memory so I have learned to automatically use they/them unless someone corrects me. If someone tells me they don't want me to use they/them at all I will be respectful of that, I just say it a-lot as a habit. Idk some people just continue to call me she so I kind of gave up on telling people my correct pronouns when they get it wrong. Plus my parents wouldn't be happy, they pick that shit up in a conversation so fast-

*grabs your hands and speaks to you in a tone that is so gentle* they/them pronouns stop being universal once you learn a person's pronouns. Sometimes that person's pronouns will include they/them and in that specific case you are allowed to keep using those pronouns for that person. In any case where you learn a persons pronouns and that person doesn't use they/them, you should no longer use those pronouns for that person. If you continue to use they/them pronouns knowing that person doesn't use them, you are now misgendering that person. Kindly stop doing that please. Thank you, I love you.

Is this blog dead?

IT'S NOT I PROMISE...

Life has just been VERY hectic lately and I can't just sit and spend hours editing Izukus like I would love to be doing genuinely. If I had it my way I'd be editing Izukus constantly and staring at my boy's face all day.

Right now I'm dedicating most of my time to filling the queue up for @onebnhapageanhour because my thought process is if I can max out the queue for that one it'll post on its own for about a month and that'll be one less blog to fill the queue for.

When I first started these blogs it wasn't overwhelming at all and I could keep up VERY easily but I also did not have a lot going on life-wise but Everything Is Happening At Once so suddenly 4 active bnha gimmick blogs is a lot to keep up with!!

Which is also why the Kota panel blog and Dadmight panel blog haven't started emptying out their queues yet, I just don't have the time to add 2 more gimmick blogs to my schedule of filling the queues

I promise this blog is not dead, and neither is the Tenya panel blog!!

I WILL SAY. That this blog will go on a BREAK once we finish VOLUME 25. I've always had a break planned for after volume 25. It will be a MONTH LONG BREAK of no Izukus!! (Or Tenyas!)

HOWEVER during the break would be the perfect time to tag me in any panel edits, redraws, colorings, ect you do :) I will still reblog those here during the break!!

I might also queue up the original oneshot one Izuku panel a day during the break as a funny intermission. I think that'd be funny.

I'm also going to have those breaks between the final BNHA chapter and the next series, I'm thinking TUM next?
