Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until crispy, while the sweet potatoes are baking. To drain, place aside on paper towels. Instructions: Ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, egg, salt, pepper, and nutmeg should all be mixed together in a bowl to make ground beef meatballs. Form the mixture into meatballs that are about an inch across. Melt the butter in the Instant Pot and brown the meatballs on all sides. Make the setting "Saut." Get the meatballs out and set them aside. To make a roux, add flour to the pot and stir it around. Heavy cream, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth should all be added. Mix until it's smooth. Put the meatballs back in the pot and make sure they are covered with the liquid. Set the Instant Pot to "Manual" mode and lock the lid. Let the pressure build up for 8 minutes. Do a quick pressure release after the cooking is done. Add chopped parsley on top of the Swedish meatballs when you serve them over noodles or mashed potatoes.
