🍪 2 ripe banana mashed 🍪 1 cup oats 🍪 2 tbsp chocolate peanut butter 🍪 1 tsp vanilla essence 🍪 1 tsp cinnamon powder 🍪 1-2 tbsp chopped almonds 🍪 1/4 cup milk or as per consistency
Mix all the above and scoop out cookies on a baking tray. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour atleast before baking. Bake for 15 mins at 180C. Cool down and store for upto a week.

1 1/2 cups rolled oats 1/4 cup almonds (chopped) 1/4 cup cashews (chopped) 1/4 cup pistachios 1/4 cup walnuts (chopped) 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup cranberries 1/4 cup blueberries (dried) 2 tbsp flaxseeds 2 tbsp raisins 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil (melted) 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
Steps: 🌼 Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). 🌼 Combine oats, almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, blueberries, flaxseeds, raisins, and cocoa powder. 🌼 Drizzle melted coconut oil and honey over the mixture and stir until well combined. 🌼 Spread evenly. 🌼 Air fry for 8-10 minutes, stirring every 3-4 minutes to ensure even cooking and prevent burning. 🌼 Once golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer and let it cool completely. Store in an airtight container. 🌼 Serve with yogurt, milk, or enjoy as a crunchy snack!
