Remember when we only used to be Potterheads?

I won't be surprised if you don't, we are to blame to have let our views and opinions separate us into different groups. We were all Potterheads at one time, but then slowly our views on pairings, characters of others related topics caused rifts to form between fans. And it's really sad to see. We all fell in love with the Harry Potter universe solely on the magical world, and the magic behind Rowlings words not the pairings.

There's nothing wrong, with shipping Harry and Hermione or even, Draco and Hermione or the others pairings that exist. There's nothing wrong with debating whether James or Snape was the bully or not. If you haven't read the books and only seen the films, you're a Potterhead as just as much as everyone else is, not any less.

It's not having our OTPs or having different views that made the Fandom toxic. It's not accepting that others have different views and opinion, you don't need to agree with them, you just need to show some level of respect and move on.

We are entitled to our own opinion, but we all share a responsibility to ensure we express them in a way that doesn't offend anyone.

To all the new fans of the HP universe, Dont let your differences divide you.

People who say "You're pretty [insert adj] for a [insert gender, sexuality or race]". Stop it, that's not a compliment.

People who say "Love is love" and "Love has no age" referring to pedophilia.

People who make you feel bad about something you are passionate about

THEORY:

Lucius and Xenophilius are half-brothers.

Abraxas and Xenophilius's mother dated in hogwarts, and abraxas got Xenophilius's mother (who was a lovegood) pregnant.

And seeing as to how cruel Abraxas was or because of the pureblood beliefs of the malfoys, Xenophilius's mother never ended up telling Abraxas about their child. That is how Xenophilius ended up with his mother's last name- 'Lovegood'. That is also why Lucius and Xenophilius look alot like eachother.
