GIVEAWAY!!!
The first Dragonoak book is finally available as a paperback! For your chance to win the very first copy – a signed proof – simply reblog this post!
Paperback copies are available to BUY from Createspace for $15.99, or signed copies can be purchased at Storenvy for $25. In addition to this, personalised copies, with a page or more of handwritten trivia about your chosen characters and relationships, are available for $35.
Dragonoak is the work of a sole independent author and printing these physical copies was a highly labour-intensive process with a very low profit margin. If you want more stories about women slaying dragons, raising the dead, and kissing each other, please support your local lesbian author!

“Book is not for the heterosexual traditionalist. Plot is good, but book is ruined with the homosexual idealism.” — verified Amazon review
Centuries ago, the necromancer Kondo-Kana left a scar half a continent wide. Now Rowan is paying for the damage done. Exiled from her home for what she is, she takes the only chance at freedom she might ever get and runs away with a wandering Knight.
Dragonoak is a character-driven fantasy trilogy that spans years and continents alike. The final book in the series, Gall and Wormwood is out on the 23rd of February and available to pre-order now! To celebrate the end of the series finally coming out, books one and two, The Complete History of Kastelir and The Sky Beneath the Sun are currently FREE from February 3rd through 7th. Grab a free copy today!

Hello! Thank you for uploading your book, it is really amazing! I look forward to buy it in physical form, do you know a date when it is released? Anyway, I also wanted to thnak you for making me write again! Your work is inspiring and it motivates me to work on my own stuff, you really make my writers blockade disappear! I hope you have a great day ♥
Hello! I’m honestly not sure when it’ll be out. I have more projects to work on than I had time or spoons, so it’ll all sort of happen when it happens. And I’m really glad to hear that! Good luck with your own book. <3

I read your FAQ and it seems a bit outdated. Is your book series a trilogy or are there five (it said after the second book that was the case)? I'm just genuinely curious. Also I was wondering about your own favorite books/inspirations/etc. I devoured both of your books in a week and completely adore them, and I would love to hear of any of your friends' or similar stories to recommend
Hello! Dragonoak is indeed still a trilogy: The Complete History of Kastelir, The Sky Beneath the Sun and Gall and Wormwood are Rowan’s story. Bare Earth is a separate novel, based around Reis, and All Else Is Dust is a story set a long time ago about a certain lady.
As for book recommendations, try:
Lavender by Sophie Welsh
Pyramid Waltz, For Want Of A Fiend, A Kingdom Lost, The Fiend Queen by Barbara Ann Wright
Daughter of Mystery and Mystic Marriage by Heather Rose Jones
Huntress by Malinda Lo
All with leading ladies, and all but the first heavily feature f/f relationships.

I finally finished the 2nd book!! Everything about it was so good, but I have to admit that my favorite part (not counting the reunion with Claire, of course) was when Rowan traveled with Kidira. Idk why but I loved having them interact with each other, even if it was mostly through snippy comments and arguments. Thank you for writing these books!
Thanks! I’m really fond of Rowan and Kidira’s interactions, too. That’s why you’ll see a lot more of it in book three.

Hello, I just wanted to say I read the first book in Dragonoak and I'm in complete love. Addicted, probably. I was wondering if you could answer a question of mind. So in purchasing the second on Kindle digitally, would one just have to buy an Amazon card? I would know what to do next but I'm just making sure. I'm relatively new to buying online but I hope it makes sense? Aha
Hi, friend!
While you can indeed purchase an Amazon giftcard to buy it, that’s a rather roundabout way of doing things. You can add a debit/credit card to your Amazon account and buy it outright, like you would in a shop. (Unless you don’t have a debit/credit card! Then yes, a giftcard is ideal.)

I remember asking about physical copies of Dragonoak ages ago, so I'm happy to know that's gonna happen! Also, Bitfrost sounds so neat? You're probably just planning stuff right now but I'm already excited about that too. Have a nice day!!
Actually, I’m already a good 60,000 words into the book! I’ve been working on it on-and-off when Dragonoak was frustrating me. Sometimes leaping into an entirely different world helps clear your head and makes for a nice break. Bitfrost probably won’t be more than 120k; it’s a nice, simple book with a clear-cut plot and a small cast.
And thank you! The same to you.

Does the mean you'll be updated the e-Book once you've done the edits for the physical copy?
Yep! There will be a new version of the e-book on Amazon and the like, free of charge.
