Wanted to make a post as I’ve seen so many “Rings of Power” fans confused about how the award shows are submitting the cast and I’ve followed these awards shows since I was little and they’ve got some weird rules. Basically each show figures out the best strategy to submit their actors and who are considered leads, as since this is an ensemble show it’s hard to figure out who is (which is why some won’t do leads at all). Obviously Morfydd is the female lead and all the other actresses will be considered for supporting. While we do know Charlie likely is a lead going forward remember that reveal about his character wasn’t till the finale and setting up the rest of the show, so for the various academies and bodies that decided the nominations his performance wouldn’t be considered as lead to them for how season 1 was. Robert’s makes sense as Elrond is one of the main characters and does have his own storyline. To me really the show’s 3 leads are Morfydd, Charlie, and Robert but again looking at it this way Charlie was more supporting till the reveal. So like “The Crown” and other shows they’ll switch for season 2 and then Charlie and Robert will be the 2 male co-leads.
Also this is for the American award shows like the Golden Globes, Critics Choice, the SAG Awards (which the entire cast will be together if they get a Best Cast nom) and the Emmys. Next month the nominations will come out for the first 3, and the Emmys won’t be till next September, so we’ll know in a few weeks if we get any nominations.

Tricky one. Humans and orcs can reproduce, that was how uruk-hai were created.
I guess it would depend on whether this elf × orc union was a willing one and what elf that was. Was it a fallen one or not
@ladyofthestarlight
Silm fandom i have a question. If an elf and an orc produce a child (if that is even posible) would it be born as an elf or as an orc?

He said he knew from Ep 2 :) Other people also knew, like Morfydd or Joseph Mawle
If they really made everyone on the team believe that Vickers was playing just a human heir to the throne with a dark past - then they are criminals for not filming the first script read-through of the episode 8. I want to see the guy's reaction to knowing he has been playing fucking Sauron all this time!🤣

Rings of Power
Am I the only one that just can't get into Rings of Power? Like, I started watching it because I adore Tolkien's works, but it just feels off to me. Is it actually worth watching or not really? :/

Galadriel threatened Adar that she would slaughter his children in front of him, Sauron might be the one to do it, to make his revenge as painful as possible.

I don't know if he doesn't hate the Valar who just left the Elves to Melkor's doing
The headcanons that Adar was forced to father a large number of his kids is a lot more painful when you realize he made the choice to remain with the Orcs and take responsibility for his children, rather than go back the Valinor or to the elven realms and be healed.

You should never be mean to yourself, you do not deserve it, you never deserve it
The world is harsh is it is, in dire times your mind might end up being your only salvation
Your art is great, your faces are awesomely detailed and realistic, the landscape is cool and the wargs are seem so happy. This picture reminds me of Renaissance paintings in Vatican
*When making this I wasn’t all too pleased and I was rather mean to myself about it. Until I realized that it wasn’t fair to my personal self at all. Because for years and years and years I have only painted faces, with mixed results. And look at the last few. I try so many new things I WANT to try so many more things, and I struggle with so many new things. But I want to make art again
So, to all, don’t be too harsh on yourself while still in a learning curve -while still struggling to settle for a style to call your own. Sometimes it goes down hill a bit before it will smoothen out. Trust the process, even when the result of things are not direct, they will show up in a in a later project I assure you. Even if it takes a bit.
( I did however absolutely love the red one that happened while playing around with layers) They are ALL named ED - after the Lion King Hyena
