Perks of Losing Weight
Some of the things i have noticed
- Hair doesn’t get greasy anymore, it just doesn’t
- There is less to wash, exfoliate, self tan, etc. (Honestly really notice this one in the shower, i used to have 20+ lbs more in my legs)
- Moving with more ease
- Food is cheap. Hello water over cocktails and an apple over spaghetti bolognese
- Generally feeling smaller is a bit euphoric especially wrapped in blankets or trying on old clothes
- Skin clears up because theres less oil production
- Barely sweating (even while exercising or on a hot day)
- Sunglasses/glasses are more flattering against a more angular face
and when i reach my goal weights, i just feel fucking invincible.

motivation.
truth is, the only thing that really motivates me is thinking about all the good stuff I can do when I’m skinny.
wearing cute clothes and feeling confident
people telling me to eat more instead of telling me to stop eating so much
having clearer skin
people being able to pick me up/carry me
wearing bikinis/going to beaches
being your own thinspo
being able to see my own bones
not feeling stupid at festivals/concerts
people being jealous of my body
looking good in everything
finally being happy.

Some tips!
Okay so here’s some low cal foods and tips for cravings and eating out.
Cravings?
-Dill pickles are only 5 cals each, eat those fuckers till your mouth stings. A whole jar is close to being only 100 some cals. Pickles are safe. -There are SO many zero calorie drinks out there. One of my favourites is called Clear American. It’s a flavoured sparkling water drink and there’s a ton of flavours to pick from. Also they’re only like 70 cents for a liter bottle. -TicTacs are a life saver. 1.5 cals each and perfect for sugar cravings. -Monster Zero Ultras are a gift from the gods. They’re great for sugar cravings and also make you less hungry.
Forced to go out for fast food? -s a l a d. There’s salads everywhere and if they don’t have a plain one just get one that’s the least cals and pick out the lettuce to eat. -idk about all fast food places but McDonald’s has fruit and yoghurt parfaits that are 150 cals each and 180 with the granola. Get one of those and claim to be not very hungry. They’re super good btw -say fast food has started to make your tummy feel sick and you’d rather go somewhere else or just get a coke zero and call it a day.
Other tips -coffee is a natural laxitive. Wanna get everything out of your system? Drink a shit ton of coffee and smoke some cigarettes and you’ll shit for sure. -eat a small breakfast, it helps boost your metabolism. -instead of eating 3 meals a day try and have 6 small snack throughout the day. You’ll be less hungry in between each and it will be easier to eat less.

My Reasons for Losing Weight
For My Health
To have better skin
So I don’t sweat profusely
So I can walk up a flight of stairs and not feel out of breath
So my back won’t hurt
So my knee won’t hurt
So my doctor will never say, “you really need to lose some weight” to me ever again
So I don’t have to worry about arthritis or other illnesses that accompany obesity
For Vanity
To feel better about myself
To look good in tight clothes
To be able to wear shorts in the summer
To be able to go into any store, and buy the clothes I like, not just the ones that fit
To not feel awkward about going clothes shopping or shoe shopping
To be able to order clothes from a catalogue without worrying if they will fit
To be able to wear something that doesn’t say PLUS on it
So my pants won’t wear out between my legs while the rest of them are still in good shape
So I can look in the mirror from the neck down and like what I see
So I can wear tight jeans
I want to wear underwear that looks sexy
So I can show off my legs
So I can go into public and not feel like people are judging me
So I can wear tops without worrying about the dents from my bra showing trough
So that my boobs stick out more than my stomach – not the other way around
For a Better Quality of Life
To be able to use a public toilets comfortably
I want to be able to read the scale by just looking down, straight down
So I don’t get those indents on my thighs from the arms of the chair I’m sitting in
So I can cross my legs
So I can get up from the floor in one smooth move and not a grab and hold on to something move
So I can sit on a bar stool and I’m actually sitting ON it, not on it and around it too
So a regular towel goes all the way around me
So my socks pull all the way up
So I can hug my knees to my chest again, and it’s comfortable
So I can fit into the cinema/stadium/airplane seats comfortably
So I can bend over comfortably to tie my shoes
For My Self-esteem
So I can go swimming without being self-conscious
So I don’t worry about chairs breaking
So I don’t have to ask for the additional seat belt on an airplane
So I can dance without being self-conscious
So I can go on rides at amusement parks again and not have to experience the embarrassment of having to get off because I don’t fit
So I don’t have to worry about the maximum weight before I using things
So I don’t feel awkward when people start talking about losing weight
So no one can ever call me “a big girl” ever again
So I’m not embarrassed to have my picture taken
So I can say my weight out loud
So furniture doesn’t groan when I sit on it, or wear out long before it should because I’m too heavy

I hate binging and purging, so I decided to make a list of a bunch of things you can do to avoid a binge!
