mid year icon redraw a la drawfee style (this one kinda goes hard ngl)
man its been, what, 6 months since i last posted? im not sure when ill fully return to art. i still LOVE drawing, i love art, it just wasn't bringing me any joy. i think i used to get so caught up in, is this good enough for people to like? is this what people want to see? will people like this? unironically, it was about views lol like, engagement, "will people like this" was literally my first thought every time i finished a drawing. my last post, the fanart for A ZOMBIE KDRAMA brought me SO MUCH JOY! drawings that i knew not a lot of people would see, that not a lot of people would know the source, but that made me so happy as i drew them! i remember giggling, laughing to myself as i drew them. thats what i want from art, its what im looking for, i haven't felt that a lot for a really long time. i'm learning how to be okay with making art thats just for me :) maybe i'll share some art sooner than 6 months, maybe i won't! we'll see <3
