Definitely a bit of a plug for my own stories, but I have written a few of Paul being sad/upset/anxious and John being a calming influence, so I thought I would add them here :)

Something Right -- A reporter insults Paul and John comforts him afterwards. Mild smut.

Everything Will Be Alright -- Mike gets drunk and calls Paul derogatory homosexual names. John has a few choice words for Mike, then gets Paul settled.

An Afternoon Outing -- A ballet AU wherein Paul was a dancer but has had a career-ending injury. John helps him through a particularly low day.

Nothing in My Hands -- Paul quite literally becomes sick with worry.

Hi anon, I can't really think of any for this? Anxious Paul with John comforting him? That's good, why aren't there millions of those? :)
