I was in recovery for way too long now. I gained so much weight back. But summer is on it’s way and I have to be fit not fat. I dont want to lose all the muscle i gained tho.
in order to only lose all my access fat and not the muscle I try to only take in protein-rich food like skyr and egg whites.

So i fasted monday and tuesday. Wednesday and thursday i ate 600kcal. Today i ate 80kcal weighted myself and since the last week i’ve lost 2kg:)
and also i bought biotin so my hair doesn’t fall out anymore :))

update on my fast:
i couldn’t fast the whole end of the week so i ate something after 42 hours. I‘ll try to top that this week so i plan on fasting monday and tuesday and maybe wednesday.

i binged and puked again in the past view days. i actually wanted to get out of that and didn’t binge and puke for like a month. i want to fast for the rest of the week. im already at 16 hours and 30 minutes.

i didn’t fast today😬 i had no energy for my workout. i ate a protein bar it had 168kcal. i again only burned 827kcal:/

i’ll start a new diet tomorrow cause it’s the start of November and i’ll have to do a more strict one or else i wont reach my gw at the end of the year:/
