West End Eurovision Goes Out With A Bang

The Governor of Pennsylvania, Tom Corbett, said yesterday that he will not appeal a federal judge’s ruling that the equal marriage ban in the state be struck down.

The governor felt that any appeal would be unlikely to succeed, and that he should “follow the laws as interpreted by the courts, and make a judgment as to the likelihood of a successful appeal”.
