In the end of February 2017 we had our first experience with Ayahuasca. It was also our personal alternative wedding ceremony. A week after that we got married by law but we already felt connected on a higher level - hard to explain. Ayahuasca is another plant medicine that we are drawn to. John and I chose the path of spiritual growth. We want to be good people and have a positive influence on the world. After our Iboga and Ayahuasca experiences it is very clear for us that all humans are spiritual beings. We can all reactivate powers that were forgotten or seen as ridiculous. With a clean diet with high vibrations and a yoga lifestyle anything is possible. It is time that we open and train our third eye again. Death is not to be feared. It is just another door. Let's choose light over fear and darkness. Trust your gut feeling. In May we will have our second Ayahuasca weekend and we are very excited about it. Today is our first day after our IBOGA weekend. We will still need 1-2 weeks to get our full energy and concentration back. The next 8 weeks we have to have a very clean diet, no drugs (no alcohol, no pain killers, no western medicine in general, no weed, etc.) In these upcoming weeks we can program ourselves in a more positive way. This weekend we had our first iboga treatment. Iboga is such a wonderful medicine. It cleanses your whole body and does so much more. We were awake for almost 36 hours and did a lot of inner work. Was it exhausting? Absolutely. Was it intense? Sure. But it was so much worth it. The 3 weeks of preparation helped a lot and also that we are healthy and fit in general. Today is the last day before our first iboga weekend. We prepared ourselves as much as possible. The last 3 weeks we had a very clean diet, practiced yoga & meditation. In the last days before Iboga we didn't watch TV series nor played computer. We didn't want to distract ourselves and tried to focus on us and our mind as much as possible. We even did a colema treatment at home (YouTube Video) 😅 to detox and clean our intestines. Tomorrow the iboga weekend will start and we passed the point of no return. I am very excited about it. John and I want to do it for spiritual reasons and we want to get rid of bad habits and negative cycle patterns that don't serve us.
