Adding to this to say I keep wanting to draw horror oriented stuff [Ella's circus arc, Elliot's past, ANYTHING with my SCP cast] but. The sweet mundanity of the Grossman brothers lives, Elanor's fairy tale-esque life and. Albert's. There-ness. It sings to me like Old Cursed Blood that makes the modern day horrors sting even moreso

This may be an odd question sorry but was LJ’s transformation into rainbow to monochrome painful? I was curious cause his more monochrome form is more jagged and morphed, I guess??? Lol. @killerlittlerejects

It's. Complicated? RLJ-LJ can't feel physical sensations very well, he barely registers when something touches him in general. However, the first slow transformation was. Uncomfortable? Ceramic teeth that -were- a solid object breaking into multiple singular sharp teeth probably wasn't fun, especially when your mouth's just thin fabric that's easily cut.

However, I say -first- because RLJ never faded in colours or even changed that much physically. Initially. The second go around? That was painful. And also the last time he felt actual physical pain. For a long period of time, it probably stung and felt like being strangled. Can't give more context, as that's spoilers for my rewrite, but.. after months of agony and having to claw what you think is 'yourself' out of your own body like a fucked up cocoon that's far too small for you wouldn't of been fun.

Least he can't feel that level of pain again

But uhhhh yeah just some game development things I've been working on :3 Wanted to log my progress all in one video (sped up since it's just a showcase of pretty basic things)

Some things in the vid: - Health and stamina. Drain stamina while running or jumping and trigger death when health hits 0 (with a functioning respawn screen). Both can also regenerate naturally with a delay. - The bugged health showing more than 0 hp on death has been fixed, just didn't update the vid lol - First time model rigging practice on my rexy son. No, I can't 3d model (yet) but I sure do try,,,, - Enemy AI using free stegosaurus asset. The animations didn't work with the Engine due to incorrect scaling and I wasn't able to fix it so that man just posin'. - Whole inventory with storage containers, transferring items, filtering, and a functional hotbar! Most proud of this one since it has a lot of features although it isn't done just yet. Wonderful tutorial done by Lisowi on Youtube.

I refuse to watch the new LA httyd movie on principle alone but I did see Red Death's roblox model and its design has me so torn I decided to merge what I liked abt the new one and the old one both designs for reference under the cut
