This quick and easy recipe will help you make tasty pizza dough at home in no time. Great for pizza night with friends and family!
Ingredients: 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour. 1 packet 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast. 1 tsp sugar. 1 tsp salt. 3/4 cup warm water. 2 tbsp olive oil.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy. Add olive oil and salt to the yeast mixture and mix well. Gradually add the all-purpose flour and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic, about 5-7 minutes. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 30 minutes to an hour or until it doubles in size. Preheat your oven to 475F 245C and place a pizza stone or an inverted baking sheet inside to heat. Punch down the dough and divide it into two portions for two 12-inch pizzas or leave it whole for a thick crust pizza. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza peel or another inverted baking sheet dusted with cornmeal to prevent sticking. Add your favorite pizza toppings, sauce, cheese, and other ingredients. Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned. Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a minute, slice, and enjoy!

A quick and delicious Instant Pot recipe for Egg Roll Bowls that captures all the flavors of traditional egg rolls without the fuss!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground pork. 1 tbsp sesame oil. 5 cups coleslaw mix. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1 tsp minced garlic. 1 tsp ground ginger. 1/2 cup chicken broth. 2 tbsp green onions, chopped. 1 tbsp rice vinegar. 1 tsp Sriracha sauce optional. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put the Instant Pot on "Saute" and add the sesame oil. Put in the ground pork and cook it until it turns brown. Add the ginger and garlic and stir them in. Saut for one minute. Add the rice vinegar, soy sauce, and chicken broth. Mix well. Make sure the coleslaw mix is well mixed in with the meat mixture before adding it. Close the Instant Pot lid and turn off "Saute" mode. You can set it to "Manual" or "Pressure Cook" for 5 minutes. When you're done, quickly let go of the pressure and carefully open the lid. You can add Sriracha sauce for extra heat if you want to. Add pepper and salt to taste. Serve hot with chopped green onions on top.

A simple and flavorful BBQ recipe featuring grilled zucchini slices coated in Parmesan cheese, garlic, and olive oil. Perfect as a side dish for your summer barbecues.
Ingredients: 4 medium zucchinis, sliced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Spread the zucchini slices out in a large bowl and coat them well with olive oil. Add the garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the zucchini slices, and then toss them again to make sure the seasonings are spread out evenly. Put the zucchini slices on a grill that has already been heated up. Cook for three to four minutes on each side, or until they are soft and have grill marks. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the zucchini slices in the last minute of grilling. This will let the cheese melt and get a little crisp. This Gooey Makeout Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie is the best vegan dessert you can ever have. This is a delicious mix of a traditional chocolate chip cookie and a gooey pie that will satisfy your sweet tooth.
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup vegan butter, softened. 3/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup vegan chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl with a whisk. Mix vegan butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together in a different large bowl until the mixture is smooth. Add the vanilla extract and applesauce and mix well. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. Add vegan chocolate chips and mix well. Make an even layer of cookie dough in a 9-inch pie dish that has been greased. Put it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and the middle sets but is still gooey. Let it cool a bit before cutting it up and serving it. Have fun!

These baked meatballs are great for a quick and easy weeknight dinner. They are juicy and tasty because they are made with simple ingredients and baked just right. Put it in marinara sauce to make it taste even better!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped parsley. 1/4 cup milk. 1 egg. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup marinara sauce.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a large bowl. Mix everything together well. Form the mixture into meatballs that are about an inch across. The meatballs should be put on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. The meatballs should be cooked all the way through and browned after 20 to 25 minutes in a hot oven. With the heat on medium, warm up the marinara sauce in a saucepan. Warm up some marinara sauce and serve it with the baked meatballs. Have fun!

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp cumin. 1 tsp paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. 4 slices cheddar cheese. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomatoes. Sliced red onion. Chimichurri sauce.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped cilantro, finely chopped red onion, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Form the beef mixture into 4 burger patties. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and let it melt. Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly browned. To assemble the Chimi Burgers, place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a burger patty, sliced tomatoes, sliced red onion, and a generous drizzle of chimichurri sauce. Ingredients: 1 taza de harina de trigo. 2 cucharadas de cacao en polvo. 2 cucharadas de azcar. 1/4 cucharadita de sal. 2 huevos. 1 taza de leche. 2 cucharadas de mantequilla derretida. 1/2 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla. 1/2 taza de chips de chocolate opcional. Aceite o mantequilla para engrasar la sartn.
Instructions: En un tazn grande, tamiza la harina de trigo y el cacao en polvo. Aade el azcar y la sal a la harina tamizada y mezcla bien. En otro tazn, bate los huevos y luego agrega la leche, la mantequilla derretida y el extracto de vainilla. Mezcla hasta que estn bien combinados. Vierte la mezcla lquida en la mezcla de harina y cacao, y revuelve hasta obtener una masa suave y sin grumos. Si lo deseas, aade los chips de chocolate a la masa y mezcla suavemente. Calienta una sartn antiadherente a fuego medio y engrsala ligeramente con aceite o mantequilla. Vierte un cucharn de masa en la sartn caliente y extiende la masa en un crculo delgado y uniforme. Cocina el crepe durante aproximadamente 2 minutos o hasta que los bordes estn dorados y se pueda desprender fcilmente con una esptula. Voltea el crepe y cocina el otro lado durante 1-2 minutos ms, hasta que est cocido. Repite el proceso con el resto de la masa, engrasando la sartn segn sea necesario. Enjoy mushroom risotto that is made easily in the Instant Pot. It is rich and creamy. This Delizioso recipe from Amy and Jacky will make a tasty and filling meal in no time.
Ingredients: 1 cup Arborio rice. 1 cup sliced mushrooms. 1/2 cup finely chopped onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth. 1/2 cup dry white wine. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Press "Saute" on the Instant Pot after turning it on. Put in the garlic, onions, and olive oil. Cook the onions until they become clear. After you add the mushrooms, keep sauting them until they release their water and get soft. Add the Arborio rice and cook for another minute or two, until the rice is lightly toasted. Add the white wine and stir it in until most of the liquid is gone. Put in pepper, salt, and thyme. Add chicken or vegetable broth. Mix well. Turn on "Manual" and close the Instant Pot lid. Set the timer for 6 minutes at high pressure. Do a quick pressure release after the cooking is done. It will be creamy and well mixed after you add the butter and Parmesan cheese. If you want, you can top the mushroom risotto with more Parmesan cheese before serving it hot.
