BEHOLD MY TWILIGHT OC MINI INTRO POST!

(Maybe I should do these more often since it takes me a million years to get full intro posts done.)

Here's my Edward x Oc...my boy...Eli Swan!

Before I get into this thought... I would like to point out I felt "pressured" by @nejires-hado to post a mini info dump. I was told to:

"POST IT!!! I WANT IT ON MY DESK BY TOMORROW MORNING🫴🫴🫴"

And obviously I took this seriously since it is now the next day and posted by morning 😌...so now I would like Nikki to post her end of the bargin and post her Twilight, Edward x Oc next.

I DEMAND IT!

ANYWAYYYYY! Eli's story will be a rewrite of the Twilight saga. It' a "What if Bella Swan decided to stay in Phoenix? Instead her seventeen year old cousin moves to Forks."

I love Edward and I think he kinda deserves better. A relationship where there would be both sides of protectiveness, love, support and understanding. Since I think multiple times, it was lacking on Bella's part. I just think Edward also deserves a sweet, protective, goofy boyfriend to help him smile and get through the day! ☺️

I also adore Charlie and had some annoyance with the way Bella treated him! Like come on girl cut the guy a break! He's a great guy! Who is lonely and just wanted to spend some time with his daughter! 😭

Basics/Trivia Facts:

So Elliot Swan is Charlie Swan’s nephew, Bella's cousin. (Bella never shows up in this story except mentions and in"Breaking Dawn") Elliot’s mother, Lily Swan, was Charlie’s sister. Around 6 months before the Twilight events started Elliot and his mom Lily ended up getting into a terrible car accident which resulted in Lily getting killed and Elliot’s leg getting horribly injured to the point of multiple surgeries and a metal rod put into his leg, which causes him to walk with a limp now.

Elliot has a love for photography and hiking, that's how him and his mom bonded. So when he gets to Forks, he instantly wants to explore and take photos, but he can't walk long or by himself much because of his recovering injury. (When him and Edward get together they end up taking hikes and Edward will carry Eli if his leg ends up bothering him.)

Elliot’s prized possession is his photo book that has some pictures with him and his mother on their hiking trips together and the polaroid camera that his mother bought him.

In "Twilight", when Tyler loses control of his vehicle that winter, Elliot had ended up freezing out of fear and PTSD from his and his mother's accident, since for awhile Elliot is traumatized by this event. 

The smell of blood also makes Elliot feel faint, because it brings him back to a flashback of waking up, smelling the blood and seeing his mom's dead body,

 When Edward saved Elliot from Tyler’s van, Elliot was still in a state of shock, having a PTSD episode then quickly began having a panic attack. Edward had to be the one to helped him out of it and kept the other students from getting too close and making it worse. Elliot had ended up grasping onto Edward's arm tightly and refusing to let go of it until Edward eventually coaxed him to let go when they got to the hospital from the ambulance.

Elliot has constant night terrors from the accident that killed his mom, though when he is with Edward, he ends up coaxing Eli back to sleep and stoping some of those nightmares from happening.

Eli is a HUGE supporter of his Uncle Charlie, he's super close to him, since his mom always visited Charlie off and on over the years. He can't really stand his cousin Bella for dismissing Charlie and not caring about his feelings on visited him over the years.

Emmett is basically his best friend and brother. Those two share the same braincells and are two peas in a pod!

Anyway these are the basics that I can think of right now!

I have Eli's story planned and what I would want to do throughout the series. I HAVE A WHOLE PLAN/IDEA for the entirety; Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn!

Actually, it's canonically everyone is in heterosexual pairings in Twilight due to the extreme Mormon influence of Stephanie Meyer. I am not suggesting you make him straight to fit canon like anon is implying but your response is incorrect that he isn't canonically straight. However it is FANFICTION and in the realm of your imagination he can be whatever you want, a shape shifting trickster owl if you please. However it's just depressing to see canon sexualities be changed because someone is vagueing deliberately to suit their own agenda. Yelena Belova is a good example with people changing her asexuality to something else to suit their ship with people denying it is canon. She is ace rep but if people want her to be something else then it has to be allowed, like allowing straight hetero characters to be gay as long as we admit their canon origins first rather than pretend they don't exist.

How is it canon if the author has different views? Are you implying that just because an author has a certain view that's how they are writing their character as well? Not once in any books has she strictly stated he's straight. Even in the illustrated guide it never states it.

There are other sexualities that can be attracted to more than one gender.

Also you bringing up Yelena Belova's asexuality is confusing. Are you saying that because she's ace she can never be in a relationship?

Asexual people can date, get married, have children, etc. It all depends on what that persons choices are. But just because a person who is asexual doesn't mean they can't date.

If you wanna think he's straight go ahead, but no where is it stated that he is strictly into just females. There are other sexualities where you can be attracted to more than one gender.

Eli Swan's FATHER is Mexican so casting Tyler Posey as is face claim is still not "white-washing" him because Tyler is of Mexican descent on his mother's side while on his father is of English, Irish, and Scots-Irish ancestry.
