WIP and Fundraiser Update

Hi everyone!

It’s been slow on updates.

The new job is really taking a lot out of me, and though I am incredibly grateful for it, the extra effort has slowed down my writing in general.

However, I have a LOT of updates coming down the road starting tomorrow, including two more Fandom Saves commissions! Catch You Laters, Alligators!

John and Sherlock are taking a working holiday to Florida. Mrs Hudson's nephew, Jason, leads a street dance troupe based around Orlando. Two of his friends in the troupe have been murdered, and Jason is afraid there will be more. Sherlock and John are going to solve these murders, hate on Florida, miss proper tea, visit Disney World, and see gators. Maybe the gators are involved in the murders?

Woo it's been a few months, my apologies, it's been such a nightmare for me, and I'm trying to get my FTH piece JUST RIGHT before I show it to the bidder, but I really wanted a break from that so I decided I would get my ass in gear and get a Pride piece done for this year!!

It's been awhile since I've drawn something Johnlock, but I knew I wanted to get y'all a pride piece of them for this year. Went through some of my old reference photos and found this one I liked, so slapped John and Sherlock on it :) Quite happy with how it turned out minus the background, but I'm never happy with those so I hope you guys will excuse that, hee hee.

The luminous 72reasons (@onesmallfamily on tumblr) is currently posting a fantastic story which is having its way with my heart.

“Our Division” is an incredible involving fic, POV Sherlock, that focuses on the Reichenbach Return, adding in backstory that helps that whole weird period make much better sense. When I say that it even redeems the train car scene…

72reasons gives us a Sherlock who’s using (he flatters himself it’s moderate), who walked out of a past relationship with Lestrade, and who is very teetery on emotions but does know that he loves John Watson. Every chapter is full of lines that make me gasp. This writer never disappoints and this story’s no exception.
